These terms and conditions of sale shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to any conflict of laws provisions. You irrevocably agree that the courts of US shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any claim or dispute concerning these terms and conditions of sale.
All payments will be settled in US dollars by major credit card through PayPal (VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express). GFI (piggytiggy.com) is also welcome Postal Money Order, US Bank Cashier"s Check and Western Union. Personal or Company Checks are absolutely NOT accepted. GFI (piggytiggy.com) reserves the rights to request the customer"s billing address of the credit card. For security reasons, all orders are shipped to the address provided by PayPal's transaction detail page only. Please be sure to double check your desired ship to address prior to clicking the send money button to finalize your order.
Shipping / Handling Charge and Taxes
Buyers pay shipping and handling charges according to the weight of total item(s) purchased. Insurance may be purchased at $2.00 per $50.00. Unless customers provide GFI (piggytiggy.com) with a valid tax exemption certificate applicable to the merchandize ship-to location prior to GFI (piggytiggy.com)"s acceptance of the order, California residents responsible for 8.75% of the State tax and all other taxes associated with the order.
Returns and Exchanges
We understand that planning a wedding can be very stressful and choosing a wedding gown can add to that pressure. We want you to be completely satisfied with your gown purchase. Therefore we now offer a return and exchange policy, something that is rarely heard of in the bridal industry.
PiggyTiggy guarantee every item you buy to be free of defects in material and workmanship. If you are not completely satisfied with the item that you have purchased, please return the new and unopened item within 7 days in the same condition you have received for replacement or refund. 100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEED on NEW and UNOPENED items. No restocking fee or processing fee. Shipping and handling fee is non refundable. All OPENED items will be subject to a 20% - 30% restocking fee or $5 minimum, whichever is greater. Restocking Fee charges depend on the product/item returned. PLEASE read: Please examine the package before removing/breaking the security seal or opening the clear plastic wrap. Once the seal is opened/tampered/removed or the plastic wrap is open in any way, it would be treated as “OPENED” and a used item. All OPENED wedding, bridal and evening apparel(wedding gowns, bridal gowns, evening gowns, clearance gowns, sample gowns, bridesmaid gowns, prom dresses, flower girl dresses) returns are subject to a 30% restocking charge. All other OPENED wedding/bridal accessories (crinolines/petticoats, wedding veils, bridal garment bags, headpieces/tiaras, garters, bridal gloves, guest books, ring pillows, wedding albums, pen sets, flower girl baskets, etc.) returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge or $5 minimum, whichever is greater. Buyer pays return shipping. All exchanges are subject to product availability and stock on hand. If buyer request a different product, buyer will have to pay for the price difference. For exchanges, you are responsible for the Shipping fees of returning the item to us as well as the Shipping fees of the new item being shipped to you. Refund or exchange will be granted once the item has been returned, inspected, and deemed that no damage or alterations have been made. Please contact us prior to sending in your return or exchange. All returns/exchanges require a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) to be process. Returns/exchanges without a RMA# will be refused. We reserve the right to refuse any return that shows sign of usage or damage by Buyer due to misuse or accident. All return merchandise must be carefully packed and insured to avoid any lost or damages during the shipping process. No consideration of refund or exchange will be accepted regardless of circumstance after 7 days of receiving item(s).
All customers should contact us in the event that their item is not exactly what they expected. We are eager to ensure that every transaction ends on a positive note. Refunds will not be given to customers posting negative or neutral feedback prior to a good faith attempt to resolve any dispute.
Due to the cost of returning/exchanging your item, we strongly encourage you to be certain you are choosing the correct item, size and/or color when placing an order.
Limitation of Liability
GFI (piggytiggy.com) reserves the ultimate right of amending the terms and conditions and other rules relevant to the sales of merchandizes from time to time without any prior notice. GFI (piggytiggy.com) may also correct any error or omission in any portion of the website, or impose limits on certain features and services, or restrict your access to parts or all of the website without notice or liability. Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall GFI (piggytiggy.com) be liable for any special or consequential damages, losses that result from any authorized courier or mail representative.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold GFI (piggytiggy.com) harmless from and against all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including legal costs, arising from or, related to a) your use of the site, the services and the merchandizes and b) your submission or transmission of the data to issue.
GFI (piggytiggy.com) has made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of its merchandizes on the site. GFI (piggytiggy.com) does not guarantee that the accurate color of its merchandizes will be displayed on your monitor.
